Hi, I’m Megan — a Level II RESET® Breathwork Facilitator and Nurse Practitioner with years of experience working in high-stress, human-centered care environments.
I created The Breath Practice for the people who are used to being the strong ones. The caregivers, healthcare professionals, leaders, and high-capacity humans who know how to hold everything together for everyone else—but quietly feel disconnected from themselves in the process.
Through science-backed breathwork and nervous system-focused practices, I help people move out of chronic stress and survival mode so they can feel more grounded, regulated, rested, and fully alive again.
My approach blends physiology, intuition, and compassionate support to create experiences that feel safe, intentional, and deeply transformative. This work isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about reconnecting with the version of you that exists underneath the burnout, pressure, and constant doing.
